Your Path to Wellness

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Reiki Practitioner. I have over 25 years of experience helping people with a plethora of issues and in a variety of settings including agencies, hospitals and private practice. I am married to my wonderful husband Danny and we have two terrific sons and our dog, Frankie. When I’m not seeing clients I love playing pickle ball, working out, reading, baking, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.

I believe that therapy truly can be transformative.

How we think, affects how we feel, which in turn affects how we behave. In therapy, I will examine your thoughts, feelings, and behavior and work together to help you address the issues negatively affecting your life and begin to heal the past, improve the present one day at a time, and look forward to the future. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Client Testimonials

"I had been on a variety of medications with varying but limited degrees of success.  I've struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. Working with Lisa was such a blessing.  Lisa is an advocate of goal based therapy where I was able to determine what I wanted to accomplish between sessions.  By working on my goals, I felt like I was really working to solve my problems rather than just wallowing in them.  Lisa also helped me  develop specific relaxation techniques that I use almost every day both at home and at work."

"Trying to find a person you do not know to talk to can be a very scary thing. When you first sit down in Lisa's chair all those fears go away. She is compassionate and truly wants to get to the root.  She gave me the tools I needed to start the process of moving on.  You feel like you have accomplished something at the end of your session.  A weight has been lifted and you walk away like you can do this."
